Lubex Duratranz CT range is formulated with high quality mineral oils and special additives designed to provide the correct frictional characteristics required by Caterpillar,Komatsu and other OEMs for hydraulic transmission and final drive compartments. The additive system also gives this oil improved temperature performance, superior resistance to oxidation, rust, corrosion and improved anti-foam properties. In addition, these grades have excellent extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear characteristics ensuring maximum frictional material life in powershift transmissions.
Lubex Duratranz CT grades also have outstanding wet brake performance, preventing “squawk and chatter” and prolonging component life. Duratranz CT grades are designed for use in a wide variety of Caterpillar & Komatsu construction and material handling equipment. Applications include: Final drives for tracktype tractors, Powershift transmissions, Direct drive
transmissions, Winches, pipelayers, skidders, loaders, excavators etc. Wheeled tractors, loaders, compactors, graders, etc. Certain hydraulic systems.
Lubex Duratranz CT 10 is generally used for Hydraulic systems, CT30 for transmission and the CT50 & CT60 are mostly for final drive applications. It may also used in Allison and ZF powershift transmissions, manual transmissions and torque converters, where this type of oil and specification is required.
